These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phfairy platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at phfairy.co. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please take the time to review every section carefully before you begin playing. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the phfairy platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Limit
Access to the phfairy platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. phfairy does not knowingly accept registrations from minors, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited or returned at our discretion in line with applicable law.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not hold player accounts on the phfairy platform. You must also not be excluded from gambling in any jurisdiction that governs your activity, nor be on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation. phfairy may at any time request documentation to verify your age, identity, and place of residence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the restriction or permanent closure of your account. Eligibility is assessed on an ongoing basis and not only at the point of initial registration.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the phfairy platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, the cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and the forfeiture of bonuses obtained through the duplicate registration. When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. phfairy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account. phfairy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details. We recommend using a strong, unique password and logging out of the platform after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered player on phfairy, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not use your account for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating as an agent for third parties, processing payments on behalf of others, or using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering or other financial crimes. phfairy cooperates fully with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies, and any suspicious activity detected on the platform will be reported and investigated accordingly.
You further agree not to attempt to gain an unfair advantage through the use of automated betting software, bots, exploit scripts, or any other form of technical manipulation. Collusion between players — including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or drain bonus funds — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure. You must not post, transmit, or otherwise share any content through the platform that is defamatory, offensive, threatening, or in violation of any third-party rights. phfairy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these obligations and to take further action against the account responsible. By using the platform, you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you personally authorised them.
5. Platform Usage Rules
The phfairy platform is provided for personal entertainment and must be used only in the manner described and permitted by these terms. All game outcomes on the platform are determined by certified random number generation systems, and the results of any game are final once confirmed by the system. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or manipulate confirmed game results through technical or social means constitutes a breach of these terms. phfairy regularly audits its game systems to ensure fairness, and any irregularity identified will be investigated thoroughly before any withdrawal associated with it is processed.
Promotions and bonuses offered on the platform are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the Promotion page. Attempting to exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with their intended use — including placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. phfairy reserves the right to void bets placed in error, whether due to a system fault, incorrect odds display, or other technical issue, and will notify affected players promptly. 6. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the phfairy platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through approved local payment channels including GCash and Maya, and are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phfairy does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending full investigation.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at any given time; phfairy aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the FAQ. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process. phfairy reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a violation of these terms, or a requirement for additional verification documentation. Any funds deposited through a transaction later identified as fraudulent or reversed by the payment provider will be deducted from the player's account balance, and phfairy may pursue recovery through all available legal means.
7. Limitation of Liability
phfairy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. phfairy will not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfairy's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you experience a technical issue during a game session that results in an interrupted bet, please contact support immediately so that the matter can be reviewed against our server logs.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
phfairy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotions, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended for investigative purposes, phfairy will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the account holder. Any funds in a suspended account will be held securely pending the outcome of the investigation.
Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied. If you choose to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may also request a self-exclusion period during which you will be prevented from re-registering; details on this process are available on the Responsible Gaming page. Closed accounts may not be reopened without a formal review by the phfairy compliance team, and approval is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the phfairy platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phfairy or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from phfairy.
Any unauthorised use of phfairy's intellectual property — including scraping platform content, reverse engineering game software, or reproducing the phfairy brand without permission — will constitute a material breach of these terms and may expose the infringing party to legal action. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us in writing with full details of the claimed infringement, and we will investigate your claim in accordance with applicable law. phfairy respects the intellectual property of third parties and expects the same in return from all players and visitors to the platform.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The phfairy platform may from time to time reference or integrate third-party services, including payment processors and game content providers, that operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. phfairy does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or reliability of any third-party service provider, and your use of such services is governed entirely by the terms established between you and the relevant third party. You are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before engaging with it.
In the event of a dispute or issue arising from a third-party service — such as a failed deposit via a payment gateway — phfairy will cooperate reasonably to assist in resolving the matter, but ultimate responsibility for the third-party service's conduct rests with that third party. phfairy is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by third-party service interruptions, policy changes, or technical failures. All payment processing is conducted by established and regulated local payment partners operating in the Philippines, and phfairy selects its service providers with care to minimise risk to players.
11. Changes to These Terms
phfairy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — phfairy will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a platform notification or email to your registered address before the change takes effect. Minor or clarificatory changes may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent version was published.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the phfairy platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a proposed material change, you may close your account before the change takes effect by contacting our support team. phfairy will not retroactively apply new terms to transactions, bets, or disputes that were already settled or pending under a previous version of these terms.
12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the phfairy platform — including disputes relating to the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these terms — shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. phfairy will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable period and make every effort to resolve it fairly and efficiently.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process and to provide all reasonably requested information to assist in the investigation. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests. By using the phfairy platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled informally.
